Take Tohoku or Joban Expressway that connects to Shotu Expressway Route 6. Drive forward to Route 2 Meguro Line and Exit at Tengenji Ramp. Take Daini Keihin Street to the intersection of Togoshi Ramp and turn left. Drive under Route 2 Meguro Line and turn left at the YGP (Yebisu Garden Place) Expressway.
From East From West
Take Higashi Kanto Expressway that connects to Bayshore line. Turn right to Shuto Expressway Route 9 at Tatsumi Interchange (IC). Drive straight to Route 2 Meguro Line and exit at Tengenji Ramp. Take Chuo Expressway that connects to Shuto Expressway Route 4. Drive forward to Route 2 Meguro Line and exit at Tengenji Ramp.
