	Luxury at affordable rates! One block to Duval, one block to the beach. Lovely, spacious rooms in an elegantly restored conch eyebrow mansion. Lots of privacy - only six rooms in our cozy inn. Lush tropical grounds. Relax in the jacuzzi/splash pool, catch some sun on the deck, sit in the shade of the of the mahoghany tree, read a good book in the hammock or just take a break in the rocking chairs on the front porch. All rooms have air conditioning (all rooms in the main house have individually controlled central airconditioning), cable television, ceiling fans.
