Luxury has a new address in Rio. Introducing Sheraton Barra Hotel & Suites, the first five star hotel on Barra da Tijuca Beach, due to open in July 2003. Take the Yellow Line Highway and merge onto Ayrton Senna Avenue.  Proceed to Barra Mall, merge onto Americas Avenue and turn right at the Lucio Costa Bridge. Take the Red Line Highway to Reboucas Tunnel.  Proceed through Lagoa and Gavea, merge onto the Lagoa Barra Highway and then follow Lucio Costa Avenue.
From Downtown From Recreio dos Bandeirantes
Proceed through Flamengo Beach, Botafogo, Copacabana, Leblon and Gavea.  Merge onto the Lagoa Barra Highway and then follow Lucio Costa Avenue. Follow Avenida das Americas for 10 miles.  Exit right at Ponte Lucio Costa.  Proceed to the beach and turn right towards the hotel.
