required to complete the online
Request Form, which is sent to electronically to our
customer service department for processing.
After evaluating the request, you will be sent
notification of whether we are able to verify that a
lower rate for the same room on the same dates was
offered on another travel site. The Best Rate Guarantee
is subject to certain
Terms and Conditions and does not apply to
discounted rates for senior citizens,
Government/Military rates, AAA rates, travel industry,
corporate or standard GDS rates. The Best Rate Guarantee
applies to the hotel room rate only and is not inclusive
of taxes, surcharges or OPTI-FEES.
