This nickname comes from the first settlers of the area sent to raise cotton because to the shortages caused by the civil war. The Best Western Coral Hills central location in the St. George Historic District allows you to walk to ten local restaurants and enjoy their delicious cuisine; also many unique shopping and art boutiques. After dinner you can stroll and live theater. ·From Interstate 15 take Saint George Boulevard (Exit 8) to City Center, ten blocks on right. ·From Salt Lake City (southbound) Travel south on Interstate 15 for 323 miles, directly to St. George and take Exit 8 (St. George Boulevard Exit). Turn right onto St. George Boulevard. Continue straight for ten blocks. The Best Western Coral Hills entrance will be on the RIGHT side of the road in the historic district. ·From Las Vegas (northbound) Travel north on Interstate 15 for 120 miles, directly to St. George and take Exit 8 (St. George Boulevard Exit). Turn left onto St. George Boulevard. Continue straight for ten blocks. The Best Western Coral Hills entrance will be on the RIGHT side of the road in the historic district. Be sure to remember to change your watch an hour ahead; you will loose an hour in the new time zone.
